Cross-border delivery and customs

Boxes shipped into Canada clear customs through the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Your quote states which delivery terms apply, so you know the full cost before you order:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): duties, taxes and brokerage are arranged before delivery, so there are no broker fees at your door.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): the boxes are delivered to your door and GST/HST, any duty and the courier's brokerage fee are paid by you on arrival.

If you want to avoid surprise brokerage fees, ask for a DDP quote.

Samples and smaller orders travel by express courier to any Canadian address, including Toronto and the rest of Ontario, Montreal, Vancouver and British Columbia, and Calgary. Larger runs travel by air or sea freight, palletized, to your business or 3PL. Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice and packing list for CBSA, and GST/HST applies on import as with any goods brought into Canada.
