Returns Policy

Every box we make is custom, made to your own size and design, and checked by our team before it is packed and dispatched.

All sales are final

Because every order is made specially for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds once your boxes have been made and dispatched. This includes a change of mind, and anything in a design you approved (for example, a spelling mistake in the approved proof).

Handling after delivery

Once your boxes are delivered, unloading, storage and handling are your responsibility. Please open and store the cartons carefully.

Colour and finish

Small differences in colour shade are normal in printing and are not a fault.

Check before you order

If you want to check the quality, size and finish first, order a paid sample before your bulk order.
