Bulk orders

Delivery to your door is included in every bulk quote. Your quote shows the production time and the delivery time for your country before you confirm.

• Courier: for samples and smaller orders, door to door.
• Air or sea freight: for larger runs, palletised and delivered to your business, warehouse or 3PL.

Delivery terms: DDP or DAP

Your quote states clearly which terms apply:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties, taxes and brokerage are arranged before delivery, so there is nothing to pay when the boxes arrive.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): the boxes are delivered to your door, and any import duty, tax and the courier's brokerage fee are paid by you on arrival.

Samples

Sample shipping is charged separately, based on your country. We confirm the cost before you pay.

Sizes

Box sizes can be given in millimetres, centimetres or inches. We confirm both metric and imperial sizes on your proof.

Packing

Every order is export-packed in strong outer cartons so the boxes arrive in the same condition they left.
