Delivery and customs
Small orders and samples ship by air courier. Larger runs can ship by air or sea freight, palletised, to your warehouse or 3PL. Your quote states the delivery method, the expected delivery time and the delivery terms:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): duties, customs fees and brokerage are arranged before delivery, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
- DAP (Delivered at Place): the boxes are delivered to your door and any duty and the courier's brokerage fee are paid by you on arrival.
