Delivery to the EU

Bulk orders are export-packed in strong outer cartons, palletised for larger runs, and delivered to your door. Your quote states the delivery method and the expected delivery time to your country before you confirm.

Customs, duties and VAT

Since Brexit, goods shipped into the EU are imports, so customs paperwork applies. Your quote states clearly which delivery terms apply:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties and taxes are arranged before delivery, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): the boxes are delivered to your door and import VAT and any duty are paid by you on arrival, usually through the courier.

For DAP deliveries, your business will need an EORI number to import into the EU. Ask us which option suits your order and we will explain the costs in your quote, so there are no surprises.

How customs work by order size

• Samples and small orders: usually sent by express courier. On DAP terms, the courier collects import VAT and any duty from you before delivery.
• Larger orders: sent by freight, palletised. On DDP terms, duties and VAT are arranged in advance; on DAP terms, your customs broker or the carrier clears the goods using your EORI number.

Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice and packing list. Ask for DDP if you want one all-in price.
