What we collect

When you send a quote, sample, review or contact form, we collect your name, email, contact number (if given), company or brand, country, and the box details you write. We also record the page you sent it from and your approximate location (country and city), so we can reply in the right way.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To process and deliver your sample or order.
• To keep business and accounting records.

We do not sell your details to anyone.

Who handles it

Your messages are stored in our own enquiry system, hosted by Supabase and Vercel, and emailed to our team. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies. We share delivery details with couriers only when you place an order.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It only runs after you press "Accept" in the cookie notice, and it does not tell us who you are. If you press "No thanks", no analytics cookies are set.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 2 years. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us.

• UK and Europe: you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
• United States: residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, have the right to know, delete and correct their data, and to opt out of any sale of it. We do not sell personal data.
• Canada: we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA. You can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns.
