Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed with Luxora Packaging, a trading name of WNP Enterprise Ltd (Company No. 16012866, registered in England and Wales). Orders delivered in the USA and Canada may be handled by our US company, The Providers LLC, on the same terms.
Quotes
Every quote is based on the size, materials, finishes and quantity you send us. Quotes are valid for 30 days. The final price is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Design approval
Before production, we send you a design proof to approve. Production starts only after you approve it in writing (email or WhatsApp). Please check the proof carefully: spelling, sizes, colours and logo position are your responsibility once approved.
Colours and tolerances
Colours on screen can look different from printed colours. We match your colours as closely as possible, and small differences in shade are normal. Because boxes are made by hand, a small variation in quantity (up to 3% more or fewer boxes) can occur, and you pay only for the boxes delivered.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is due to start production.
- The balance is due before the boxes are dispatched.
- We accept bank transfer. Payment details are shown on your invoice.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are given in your quote and start from design approval and receipt of the deposit. Bulk order quotes include delivery to your address. Sample shipping is charged separately. Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are shown in your quote or paid by you on delivery.
Cancellations
Because every box is made to your design, an order cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you cancel before production starts, we refund your deposit minus any costs already paid for materials or design work.
Your artwork
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo and design you send us. We use your artwork only to make your boxes.
Returns
All sales are final. See our Returns Policy.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law.
