The two-piece lid and base box is the most classic rigid box there is. A separate lid fits over a solid base, and the customer lifts it straight up to open. It is simple to use, very strong, and works for almost any product: perfume, shoes, clothing, candles, skincare and gift hampers.
Three ways to build it
Full lid: the lid covers the whole base for a clean, solid block.
Half lid: a shorter lid shows part of the base, which can be a contrasting colour. It is also easier to lift.
Shoulder-neck: the lid sits on a visible inner neck, so a thin band of a second colour shows when the box is closed. This is a favourite for perfume.

Make it yours
We make the lid and base to your product size, with a snug fit so the lid slides on smoothly without falling off. Choose your wrapping paper: rich black, white, kraft for a natural look, or a printed pattern. Add your logo in foil, deboss it into the lid, or print a coloured band around the box. An insert is optional and can be foam, card or velvet-covered.
